When will my order ship?
We process orders immediately at MauiLongboards.com. Local orders will take 3-5 business days. Domestic orders will take 5-9 business days. International orders will take an estimate of 12-15 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If for some reason your order has not arrived within the designated time, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.

Please make sure the billing address provided with your order is up to date as a discrepancy between the credit card number and billing address can cause a delay in the processing of your order.
Out of Stock Items
We do, occasionally, run out of certain items. We make an effort to ensure that all items are readily available or are in production and scheduled for arrival at our fulfillment center shortly. If you order more than one item, your order may be shipped partially. Please view your invoice when you receive your package as it will give you instructions on when to expect the rest of your order.
We charge required Hawaii State excise tax of 4.712% on orders that are ordered and delivered to Oahu (4.16% to neighbor islands). There is no tax on all orders that originate and are delivered outside Hawaii at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt no later than 15 days from receipt. If you received damaged or incorrect items in your order, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order. If the size you want is not listed in the store, that means it is sold out so you may have to check the store for availability every few days.
If you want to return an item for a refund, simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days after receipt. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credits to appear on your statement.
